Broccoli is LIFE

Eating 2.5 ounces a day of broccoli sprouts appeared to reduce the risk of stomach ulcers and probably stomach cancer including cancer of the esophagus, bladder, skin and lung, among others. The evidence is all pointing toward broccoli or broccoli sprouts being able to prevent cancer in humans. Broccoli contains sulforaphane,A study in Japan included 48 people infected with H. pylori Half ate 70 grams a day of broccoli sprouts, and the others ate alfalfa sprouts, which do not contain sulforaphane. After eight weeks, tests showed significantly lower levels of H. pylori infection in those who ate broccoli sprouts, with no reduction among the alfalfa sprout eaters.
Broccoli has a chemical component called indole-3-carbinol that can combat breast cancer by converting a cancer-promoting estrogen into a more protective variety. Broccoli, especially sprouts, also have the phytochemical sulforaphane, a product of glucoraphanin - believed to aid in preventing some types of cancer, like colon and rectal cancer. Sulforaphane induces the production of certain enzymes that can deactivate free radicals and carcinogens. The enzymes have been shown to inhibit the growth of tumors in laboratory animals. However, be aware that the Agriculture Department studied 71 types of broccoli plants and found a 30-fold difference in the amounts of glucoraphanin. It appears that the more bitter the broccoli is, the more glucoraphanin it has. Broccoli sprouts have been developed under the trade name BroccoSprouts that have a consistent level of sulforaphane - as much as 20 times higher than the levels found in mature heads of broccoli.

Avocado BOOM!

Research has shown that nutrients from Hass avocados can prevent the development of oral cancer, a finding that may one day lead to a new cancer treatment.
Avocado oil is an edible oil pressed from the fruit of the Persea americana (avocado). Avocados are rich in glutathione, a powerful antioxidant that attacks free radicals in the body by blocking intestinal absorption of certain fats. They also supply even more potassium than bananas and are a strong source of beta-carotene. Scientists also believe that avocados may also be useful in treating viral hepatitis (a cause of liver cancer), as well as other sources of liver damage.
Scientists from Ohio State University have found that certain nutrients from the avocados neutralise or restrict the growth of precancerous cells that could lead to oral cancer.
The studies found that phytochemicals from Hass avocados target multiple signalling pathways and kill precancerous cells by increasing the amount of active oxygen in the cells, without harming normal cells.
Haiming Ding from the Ohio State College of Medicine, who worked on the study, said: "These studies suggest that individual and a combination of phytochemicals from the avocado fruit may offer an advantageous dietary strategy in cancer prevention."

Apricot Kernel Magic

As we have mentioned before, Apricot Kernels have great health potentials. The formula is very simple. They contain AMYGDALINE (LAETRILE), which is a natural Vitamin (B17). It helps cure Cervical Cancer, even though, most doctors disagree with this. We have got stories of cancer survivors and us ourselves ate a lot of apricot kernels in our childhood. We have had no idea that these might contain CYANIDE - strong poison. But, as you can see, we have all survived and continue to live our lives. Here are some nutririon facts, that will help you to understand the healthy benefits of these wonderful kernels:

Red Hot Pepper Prevents and Cures

Capsaicin, which makes peppers hot, can cause prostate cancer cells to kill themselves, U.S. and Japanese researchers said on Wednesday.Capsaicin led 80 percent of human prostate cancer cells growing in mice to commit suicide in a process known as apoptosis, the researchers said.Prostate cancer tumors in mice fed capsaicin were about one-fifth the size of tumors in untreated mice, they reported in the journal Cancer Research."Capsaicin had a profound anti-proliferative effect on human prostate cancer cells in culture," said Dr. Soren Lehmann of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the University of California Los Angeles School of Medicine."It also dramatically slowed the development of prostate tumors formed by those human cell lines grown in mouse models."While it is far easier to cure cancer in mice infected with human tumors than it is in human beings, the findings suggest a possible future treatment. They also may offer a good excuse for men who like spicy food to eat more of it.Lehmann estimated that the mice ate the human equivalent of 400 milligrams of capsaicin three times a week. That is about the amount found in three to eight fresh habanero peppers, depending on how hot the peppers are.The capsaicin inhibited the activity of NF-kappa beta, a molecular mechanism that helps lead to apoptosis in many cell types.

ALMONDS - natural source of living.

The sweet almond itself contains practically no carbohydrates and may therefore be made into flour for cakes and cookies (biscuits) for low-carbohydrate diets or for patients suffering from diabetes mellitus or any other form of glycosuria. Almond flour is gluten-free and therefore a popular ingredient in cookery in place of wheat flour for gluten-sensitive people and people with wheat allergies and coeliac disease. A standard serving of almond flour, 1 cup, contains 20 grams of carbohydrates, of which 10 g is dietary fibre, for a net of 10 g of carbohydrate per cup. This makes almond flour very desirable for use in cake and bread recipes by people on carbohydrate-restricted diets.
Almonds are a rich source of Vitamin E, containing 24 mg per 100 g. They are also rich in monounsaturated fat, one of the two "good" fats responsible for lowering LDL cholesterol.
Claimed health benefits of almonds include improved complexion, improved movement of food through the colon (feces) and the prevention of cancer. Recent research associates the inclusion of almonds in the diet with elevating the blood levels of high density lipoproteins and of lowering the levels of low density lipoproteins.
A controlled trial showed that 73g of almonds in the daily diet reduced LDL cholesterol by as much as 9.4%, reduced the LDL:HDL ratio by 12.0%, and increased HDL-cholesterol (i.e., the good cholesterol) by 4.6%.
In Ayurveda, an ancient system of health care that is native to the Indian subcontinent, almond is considered a nutritive for brain and nervous system. It is said to induce high intellectual level and longevity. Almond oil is called Roghan Badam in both Ayurveda and Tibb Yunani طب يوناني (the Greco-Persian System of Medicine). It is extracted by cold process and is considered a nutritive aphrodisiac both for massage and internal consumption. Recent studies have shown that the constituents of almond have anti-inflammatory, immunity boosting, and anti-hepatotoxicity effects.
Because of cases of Salmonella traced to almonds in 2001 and 2004, in 2006 the Almond Board of California proposed rules regarding pasteurization of almonds available to the public, and the USDA approved them. Since 1 September 2007, raw almonds have technically not been available in the United States. Controversially, almonds labeled as "raw" are required to be steam pasteurised or chemically treated with propylen oxyde. This does not apply to imported almonds, or to almonds sold from the grower directly to the consumer in small quantities.

The story of a man, who cured himself of Cancer

Please, read this story. It is true as confirmed by people who know this guy in-person.

"My father had bladder cancer, the tumor had gone thrugh the wall of his bladder and was so large they decided not to treat but just to remove his bladder.
8 weeks later after taking apricot kernels and no medication the tumor was gone.
He has had four six-monthly blood tests and from the first one he has been clear of cancer.
Myself I had a skin cancer they wanted to cut out with skin grafts etc planned. I now have a small hole where it was and all I took was apricot kernels.
If anyone wants to know more I am more than happy to help.
The cancer industry is a trillion dollar business. They have no interest in curing it.
Check out the links.
Take care
Lance"

This story really made me think it is possible and even more - I have heard from many people that apricot kernels and almond kernels are great anti-cancer source we have got.

I would like to hear from everyone, who had any kind of experience and heard of any other examples of positive curing using natural products. We can make better living knowing more about nature with our experience through life.

Thank you, everyone, who participated.
